With the wind blowing a gale Aza chooses to kick into the wind 1st half in this staffs cup 2nd round game against Bilbrook FC Hayes start brightly knowing first half into the wind is all about not conceeding and play some bright football on the floor to try and negate the wind, but its Bilbrook who take the lead from a corner a smart save by josh but the rebound scrambled home, Hayes as usual are playing all the football and soon equalise the M O M Dan Matthews who then gets his second to see Hayes leading at half time 2-1and hopefully the hard half done as the wind was torm force.

What a complete contrast the second half some of the football played by Hayes was outstanding the passing and movement makes all the hard work at training worthwhiile and it not long before Dan completes his hat-trick followed by two for Brett Jones another for Dan and a Brace for Josh Moreton a very very good second half performance with Josh the cat called on to make a great save on a rare Bilbrook attack, the wind certainly made it a "game of two halfs" today but Heath Hayes were ruthless well done boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
